How to change your calendar availability

Step 1:
Go to the Calendar section.

Step 2:
Click Actions.

Step 3:
Select Set Availability.

Step 4:
Review the current availability hours for each day.

Example:

Monday: Until 3 PM
Tuesday: Until 3 PM
Wednesday: Until 3 PM

Step 5:
Update the end time for the days you want to extend availability.

Example:

Change availability to 6 PM

Step 6:
Save the updated availability.

Step 7:
Go back to the lead or appointment page.

Step 8:
Refresh the appointment scheduler.

Step 9:
Create or edit the appointment again.
