Skip the Step on Holidays and Public Holidays in Drip Campaign
1. Go to the left sidebar menu, click General → Drip Campaign. Drip Campaign’s list will open.
2. Click the Edit icon. The Edit Campaign window will open.
3. Tick the “Skip the steps in weekends and public holidays” box. This applies to SMS, Task, RVM, and email.
Notes:
Not applicable to Direct Mail since it is only applicable on weekdays.
REsimpli will skip the weekends or holidays and will delay the step.
>>For example, Step 1 is scheduled to send SMS on Saturday, the system will send the SMS on Monday and push out the next step by 24 or 48 hours (which is on Wednesday).
4. Click the “Edit Campaign” button
