How to Allow a Sub-User to Purchase Credits in REsimpli
Step 1: Open the Manage Users Page
Go to Settings in the lower-left corner, then select Manage Users.
Step 2: Select the Sub-User
Click the sub-user’s name or the Pen/Edit icon in the Actions column.
Step 3: Open Module Permissions
Go to the Module Permissions section.
Step 4: Enable Credit Purchase Access
Scroll down to Other Permissions and enable:
Access to Buy Additional Credits
Step 5: Save the Permission Changes
Click Save Module Permission to apply the changes.
Once enabled, the sub-user will be able to purchase credits such as:
SMS Credits
Calling Minutes
eSign Credits
AI Call Summary Credits
Ringless Voicemail (RVM)
Direct Mail Postcards
Step 6: Contact Support if Needed
Use the Help Desk icon for live chat, email, SMS support, or to schedule a support call.
