Step 1: Request CSV File

- Organize your data in a CSV (Comma-Separated Values) file. Ensure that the file contains all the necessary data fields you want to upload into REsimpli.

Step 2: Email or Chat Submission

- You can share the CSV file with us via email at support@resimpli.com or through our chat support. Attach the CSV file to your email or share it in the chat as requested.

Step 3: Back-End Team Processing

- Our back-end team will receive the CSV file you submitted. They will process the import request and proceed with the data upload.

Step 4: Data Validation and Enhancement

- During the import process, REsimpli will perform various data validation and enhancement steps to ensure data accuracy and optimization.

Step 5: Field Mapping

- REsimpli will map the data fields in your CSV file to the appropriate fields in our system to ensure correct data placement.

Step 6: Google Autocomplete Address

- REsimpli will use Google Autocomplete to verify and enhance address information, ensuring accuracy and completeness.

Step 7: Google Maps Info

- Data fields related to location and mapping will be updated using Google Maps data for precise location information.

Step 8: USPS Database

- REsimpli will cross-reference data with the USPS (United States Postal Service) database to validate and standardize addresses.

Step 9: Record Matching

- Each record in your CSV file will be matched against existing records in the Leads and List Stacking databases to avoid duplicates and ensure data consistency.

Step 10: County Records

- Data fields related to county-specific information will be populated using data from county records, ensuring comprehensive property data.

Step 11: Campaign and Team Assignment

- REsimpli will assign each lead to a specific campaign and team based on predefined criteria, streamlining your marketing efforts.
