There are couple of reasons for getting an error when trying to do 10 DLC registration for a number. Some of these are:

1. You may have an error if your website, for example, is maxhousebuyer.com and the email address you are putting for your 10 DLC registration is a Gmail email address..

2. The email you use for registration should match with the website, for example, if your website is maxhousebuyer.com, your email should be, for example, sharad@maxhousebuyer.com, you cannot use your Gmail email address if your website is maxhousebuyer.com.

3. Your website is not opening and your website doesn't have opt-in.
