FAQ: How to export all leads?
Answer:
There are two ways to export all the leads;
The first method is:
Click 'Leads' on the left sidebar menu and select ‘Active Leads’.
Click the 'Export REsimpli Leads' button in the upper-right section. A confirmation message will pop up, saying 'Are you sure you want to export current leads?', click 'Yes'. The system will import all the leads that are currently on the main lead's page.
The second method is:
On the Lead's main page, click the 'Filter' icon in the upper-right section. The 'Lead Filter' window will open.
2. Select 'All' in the 'Filter by Tags, Drips, and Tasks' section.
3. Hit the 'Filter Leads' button. The system will pull up all the leads that you have in your account, including the warm leads, and leads in all stages.
4. Click the 'Export REsimpli Leads' button in the upper-right section. A confirmation message will pop up, saying 'Are you sure you want to export current leads?', click 'Yes'.
5. The system will then export all the leads, including warm leads, dead leads, and ‘Refer to the Agent’.
