FAQ: How to check if any appointments have been missed?
Answer:
There are two ways to check if you have any appointments that are missed or not.
First, by going into the Task & Appts. tab
Open the lead's detail page.
Click the 'Tasks & Appts' tab.
Inside the 'Tasks & Appts' tab, click the 'Stats' tab. It will show you the Seller Appointment Type, Appointment Name, Date, and Time. The team member can select the appointment outcome.
4. Click the ‘Appointments’ tab to enter the outcome of the appointment and what happened.
Once your appointment goes into past status, it will automatically pop up in your account to input the outcome of the appointment.
Second, by going into the Data page -> Seller Appointment KPIs
Click 'Data' in the left sidebar menu and select Seller Appointment KPIs
2. Click the 'All Users' tab and will show you all the appointment types and their numbers, such as 'In-person appointment', 'phone appointment, and 'drive-by appointment'.
3. You can also check the data by clicking the 'Breakdown by User' tab, which will show you the numbers of 'total appointment', 'kept', 'not-kept', and 'no answer'.
