FAQ: How to set up a voicemail?

To set up a voicemail, follow these steps:
Go to your profile in the upper-right section and select 'Manage Numbers'. The 'Manage Numbers' window will open.
2. Click the 'Call Flow' tab.
3. Select from the list of call flows you want to set up a voicemail and click the 'Pencil' icon in the 'Action' column. The 'Setup Call Flow' window will open.
4. Scroll down to the 'Add Forward Type' section and click 'Voicemail'.
5. Click any of these choices;
a. 'Select from an existing greetings' (if you already have a recorded file)
b. 'Upload a new recording',
c. 'Record new recording'. Once clicked, it will open a small window.
Click the microphone icon and start the recording.
2. Click the 'Stop' icon to stop the recording.
3. Hit the 'Play' button to listen to the recording. Make sure the audio is loud and clear.
4. Hit 'Save'.
6. Click 'Save Call Flow'.
