There could be two reasons for your SMS campaign messages not getting delivered to buyers:
1. The phone number you are sending an SMS message to is invalid, either a landline number or shows N/A, which means it is an invalid number.
2. The SMS campaign messages are sent to a toll-free number. Either the toll-free number has been marked as 'Spam' or it has not been verified by the carrier.
Make sure that you are sending SMS campaign messages to valid numbers only.
To check the type of phone number, click the phone number:
a) 'TF' - Toll-Free
b) 'M' - Mobile
c) 'L' - Landline
d) 'V' - VoIP Number
e) 'N/A' - invalid number
