How to reply to received SMS after doing SMS campaigns?

FAQ: How to reply to received SMS after doing SMS campaigns?

Answer:

There could be two ways to reply to a received SMS after sending SMS Campaigns:

Replying to a buyer:

  1. Go to 'Contacts' on the left sidebar menu, and select 'Buyers'.

2. Click the 'Inbox' tab.

3. Click any message that you want to reply to. The system will take you to the 'Buyer' page.

4. Click the 'Contact Details' tab.

5. Under the 'Personal Info' section, click the 'SMS' icon. The 'Send Message' window will open.

6. Select from the drop-down list the 'Sending From' and the 'Message Template'. Hit 'Send Right Away'.

7. You can also set the schedule of sending replies by turning the toggle on and setting the schedule.

Once the reply has been sent, the message in the buyer's inbox will be marked as 'read'.

Replying to a lead

  1. Go to 'Leads' on the left sidebar menu, and select 'Active Leads'.

2. Click the lead that messaged you; the leads window will open.

3. Click the 'Lead Details' tab, and under the 'General Info', click the 'SMS icon'. The 'Send Message' window will open.

4. Select the appropriate details in the fields.

a. By default, the number in the 'Sending From' field is the number you used for the campaign. If you want to use a different number, click 'Change' in the upper section. The system will also give you an option to mark it as the default number. Hit 'Continue'

b. Type the message, or choose from the 'Message Template'.

5. Hit 'Send Right Away'.

You can also set the schedule of sending replies by turning the toggle on and setting the schedule.
