FAQ: How to send SMS Blast to buyers?
Answer:
These are the steps in sending SMS blasts to buyers.
Note: Sending bulk SMS works only on toll-free numbers, ensure you have a toll-free number in your account.
Navigate to 'Contacts' on the left sidebar menu and select 'Buyers'.
2. Click the 'Filter' icon in the upper section and set the criteria.
3. Check the box near 'Name' to select all the properties in the list.
4. Click the 'Select Buyers/ Agents' dropdown in the upper section, and tick your option.
5. Click 'Action' next to the 'Select Buyer/Agents' button. Select 'Send Bulk SMS'.
6. Confirm the selection by clicking 'OK'. A new window will open.
7. Fill out the fields.
a. Select the number. Note: Only a toll-free number will appear.
b. Name the campaign.
c. Type the message. You can use variables, such as first name and last name, and type '@' to trigger the variables and select. You can also put the link to your website where the buyers can see the details.
8. Hit 'Send'.
After sending the message, you can go to the 'SMS Campaigns' tab on the same page to see all the campaigns.
It will show you the campaign details, such as:
Campaign Name
Date Sent
Message details
Nos. of recipients, sent SMS, delivered or not delivered SMS.
