FAQ: Not being able to send texts

Answer:

There could be two reasons why the messages are not being sent to the buyers:

First, your application for A2P 10 DLC has not been approved yet.

If you want to check the status of your 10DLC registration, follow these simple steps:

  1. Navigate to your profile.

  2. Click '10 DLC Status'.

An 'encircled checkmark' will appear if your 10DLC registration is successfully completed.

If your 10DLC status is 'not approved', please feel free to email us at support@resimpli.com and submit all your information for us to get your A2P 10DLC registration approved as soon as possible.

Second, your phone numbers are flagged as spam. Make sure not to send spam messages.
