FAQ: How to send emails to buyers?
Answer:
You can send emails to buyers by following these guidelines:
Navigate to ‘Contact’ on the left sidebar menu, and select ‘Buyers’.
2. Click the ‘Contacts’ tab.
3. Apply the filter to the contacts list by clicking the ‘Filter’ icon in the upper-right section. Set the criteria to ‘Email Address’, ‘is’, and ’available’. Hit ‘Apply Filter’.
4. Check the box near the ‘Name’ to select the records.
5. Click the ‘Select Buyers/ Agents’ button at the top right section. Click ‘Select All’.
6. Go to the ‘Action’ button, and select ‘Send Bulk Email’.
7. Confirm the selection by clicking ‘OK’. The ‘Bulk Email’ window will open.
8. Fill out the fields.
a. ‘From Name’
b. ‘From Email’ - Note: you can only send emails from a verified email address. You cannot send an email from an email address that you do not own even if is verified.
Each email address can be associated with one account for security reasons.
Once you send your email information, you will get an email from SendGrid. Click ‘Verify Sender Identity’ to proceed. ‘Sender Verified’ notice will pop up.
c. ‘Subject’ - you can use a variable in this section, and type ‘@’ to trigger. Click ‘Next’.
d. ‘Campaign Name’ - give your campaign a name. Click ‘Next’.
e. Choose from the existing templates, or click ‘create your own template’. Click ‘Next.
If you selected a template, you may change/ upload your own logo and upload the images.
Click each field to update with the necessary information.

f. If everything is okay, click ‘Test’ to send it as a test email to yourself.
Fill out the ‘Verify Email’ fields and hit ‘Submit’. You should receive an email from this test.
Check the email if everything looks good. Edit if necessary.
Hit ‘Send’.
9. Once your email has been sent, check the status of your email campaign by going to ‘Contacts’ > ‘Buyers’.
10. Click the ‘Email Campaigns’ tab. It will display the stats of the sent email campaign.
11. Click any of the numbers to view how many times the email was opened when it was delivered, etc.
