How to Create a Campaign in REsimpli

Step 1: Open the Phone Numbers Page

Go to Settings in the lower-left corner, then select Phone Numbers.

Step 2: Add a New Phone Number

Click Add Numbers in the upper-right corner.

Step 3: Choose a Phone Number

Search for available phone numbers by:

  • Area Code

  • Area Name

Select the phone number you want to use, then click Continue.

Step 4: Configure Campaign Details

Enter the campaign information, including:

  • Campaign Name

  • Lead Source

  • Call Flow

  • Market Assignment

Step 5: Configure Lead Assignment

Choose how leads should be assigned:

  • Round Robin

  • First to Claim

  • Manual Assignment

Step 6: Assign Roles and Team Members

Select the roles and team members who should have access to the campaign and incoming leads.

Step 7: Confirm the Purchase

Click the checkbox and proceed with purchasing the phone number.

Step 8: Verify the Campaign

Once completed, the new campaign phone number will appear in the Phone Numbers page and will be ready for calling and texting.

Step 9: Contact Support if Needed

Reach out to REsimpli support if you need help creating or managing campaigns.
