FAQ: How to call leads?
Answer:
Call a lead by going to the Lead's page. Follow these steps:
Click the 'Leads' on the left sidebar menu. Select 'Active Leads.
2. Choose the lead you want to call. The Lead details page will open.
3. Hover over your mouse to the 'Phone' icon under the 'General Info' section. It will open the dialer page.
4. Hit the 'Call Lead' button in the right-side panel and it will start dialing.
