FAQ: How to make email templates?
Answer:
Navigate to your profile, and select ‘Manage Templates’.
2. Click the ‘Email Templates’ tab.
3. Click ‘+Add New’ in the top right corner. The ‘Create Template’ window will open.
4. Fill out the fields.
a. ‘Template Name’ - name your template.
b. ‘Subject’ - this will be the subject of your email to send. Use any of the available variables. Use ‘@’ to trigger them.
c ‘From Name’ - the name that you want to appear in your email.
d. ‘From Email’ - use your own email that you can verify. Otherwise, REsimpli will ask you to verify your email. Fill out the required fields and hit ‘Verify Email’. A confirmation email will be sent to your email address. Once the email has been verified, no other individual can use the email address.
e. ‘Message’ - type your message contents. Use any of the available variables. Use ‘@’ to trigger them.
f. ‘Attachment’ - Click the ‘Add attachment’ button if you wish to add any documents.gg. g.Hit ‘Save’.
5. To send an email to a lead using the new template, go to the ‘Leads’ page > ‘Active Leads’.
6. Go to the ‘Lead Details’ tab, under the ‘General Info’ section, hover over your mouse to the ‘@’ (email) icon, and click. The ‘Choose Email Template’ window will open.
7. Select the new template and it will open the ‘Send Email’ window.
8. Verify the information. The system automatically fills in the information with the variables used during the creation of the template, such as ‘First Name’, ‘Address’, etc.
