How to enable In-App answering in REsimpli?

FAQ: How to enable In-App answering in REsimpli?

Answer:

The In-App Answering is included and readily available for the ‘Enterprise Plan’ users.

If you are a ‘Basic’ or ‘Pro Plan’ user, follow these guidelines:

Set it up in the ‘Call Flow’ section:

  1. Navigate to your profile, and click ‘Manage Numbers’.

2. Click the ‘Call Flows’ tab.

3. Select the call flow where you want to set up the incoming calls for your assistant. Click the ‘Pencil’ icon.

4. Scroll down to the ‘Forward Type’ section.

5. Select any of the ‘Single Forward’, ‘Simultaneous, or ‘Round Robin’. If you are a ‘Basic’ or ‘Pro Plan User’, a message will pop up. See the sample notification:

If you want to take advantage of the ‘In-App Answering’ feature, click ‘Proceed Payment’

6. Click the dropdown arrow in the ‘Incoming Call Action’ field;

  • ‘REsimpli In-App Answering’ (Web, iOS, Android) - select this option if you want to enable ‘In-App Answering’. Once it is enabled, you will start receiving calls from the app via iOS or Android.

This is how the call appears on your computer, click the ‘Answer’ button to answer the call.
