Follow these guidelines to connect REsimpli with Launch Control:
To connect REsimpli to Launch Control, you must create a zap using Zapier and Launch Control apps.
Important: To make the process flow smoothly, it is recommended to log in to your Zapier, Launch Control and REsimpli accounts before taking first step.
Click ‘Create Zap’ in the main dashboard. You will redirected to the ‘Trigger’ page.
In the ‘App Event’ field, select the ‘Webhook’ in the lower right section.
3. Choose the app and event; under the ‘Trigger Event’ field, click the dropdown arrow and select ‘Catch Hook’. Hit ‘Continue’.
4. Set up the trigger by copying the ‘Custom Webhook URL’. Hit the ‘Copy’ button.
5. Go to your ‘Launch Control’ app.
6. Navigate to ‘Settings’ on the left sidebar menu.
7. Click ‘Integrations’.
8. On the right side panel, you will see the ‘CRM Webhook URL’. Paste the ‘Webhook URL’ you copied from Zapier.
9. Go back to Zapier, and hit ‘Continue’.
10. Test the trigger, go back to Launch Control;
a. Go to Inbox.
b. Select from the messages whose phone was not VERIFIED owner yet.
c . Click VERIFY, and the system will trigger PUSH TO CRM.
d. Go back to Zapier, and hit ‘Test Trigger’. It will show the information that you can map.
11. Take action. Select an app to fill out the ‘App Event’ field by searching ‘REsimpli’.
12. Select an action event. Click the dropdown arrow, and select ‘Create Lead’. Hit ‘Continue’.
13. Choose from your REsimpli account. Zapier will request access to your REsimpli account.
14. Provide the API key requested by Zapier. To do this;
a. Go to your REsimpli profile, and click API Token.
b. Click ‘Generate Token’.
c. Click ‘Copy to Clipboard’.
d. Paste it into Zapier ‘API key’ field.
e. Hit ‘Yes, Continue’.
15. Click ‘Continue’.
16. Set up the action. This is the part where you can map all the information you want to be pushed to REsimpli. The information that you map in this section is the information mapped in the Test Trigger section. This includes name, phone number, property address, email address, and other important information you need to create a lead in REsimpli.
17. After mapping all the necessary information, hit ‘Continue’.
