Answer:

Un-assign leads to particular lead managers

If you want to un-assign leads to a particular lead manager, follow these guidelines:

  1. Navigate to your profile; click ‘Manage Users’. The list of users will pop up.

2. Select the user.

3. Click the ‘Pencil’ icon in the ‘Action’ column. The edit window will open.

4. Click the ‘Role Assignment’ tab.

5. Click ‘Remove User Access’.The list of ‘Roles’ assigned to that team member will appear.

6. Click the ‘Select’ button on the assigned role.

7. Select from the ‘Markets’ list by clicking ‘Select’. The list of ‘Primary Markets’ is checked by default.

8. Click the ‘Update User’.

Un-assign and Re-assign the leads to another team member

If you un-assign leads and you want to re-assign them to another team member, follow these guidelines:

  1. Navigate to your profile; click ‘Manage Users’. The list of users will pop up.

2. Select the user.

3. Click the ‘Pencil’ icon in the ‘Action’ column. The edit window will open.

4. Click the ‘Role Assignment’ tab.

5.Click ‘Remove User Access’. The list of ‘Roles’ assigned to that team member will appear.

6. Click the ‘Select’ button on the assigned role you wish to reassign.

9. Select the markets you want to reassign under the ‘Markets’ tab.

10. From the list of ‘Primary Market’, un-check the campaign.

11. Select the re-assignment method. In the selected market, you have two options for removal.

  • ‘Do not reassign the leads or tasks to anyone’ - select this option if you opt to remove the assigned user.

  • ‘Reassign the leads and tasks to another team member’ - select this option if you want the leads (or market) to be assigned to another team member.

12. Scroll down, and hit ‘Update User’.
