FAQ: How to Delete a Lead?
Answer:
You can delete a lead by following these guidelines:
Navigate to ‘Leads’ on the left sidebar menu, and click ‘Active Leads’. The list of the Leads will appear.
2. Select the lead you want to delete. The Lead page will open.
3.Click ‘Action’ on the top right corner.
4. Click on ‘Delete Lead’. A message will pop up.
5. Confirm the deletion by clicking ‘Delete Lead’. All the information about the lead, such as the phone number, contact information, call logs, communication notes, SMS, and attachments, will be deleted.
Important Notice: You cannot undo the 'Delete Lead' action. You must be 100% sure that you want to delete the lead.
6. To check if the lead has been deleted, return to the ‘Leads’ page.
