FAQ: How do you add multiple properties for one lead?
Answer:
If you have a seller who owns multiple properties and you would like to add all the properties for that seller to keep them connected, follow these guidelines:
Navigate to ‘Leads’ on the left sidebar menu. Click ‘Active Leads’.
2. Select the lead.
3. Click the ‘Related’ tab.
4. Click ‘Add Property’. A new window will open.
5. Fill out the ‘Adding Related Property’ field.
a. ‘New property address’ - enter the new property address.
b. ‘Status of the new property’ - select ‘New Lead’.
c. ‘Copy buyer info’ - tick ‘Yes’ or ‘No’
d. ‘Copy tags’- tick ‘Yes’ or ‘No’
e. Hit ‘Continue’.
6. To check the newly added property, click the Lead page; it will display the added seller in the ‘General Info’.
7. You can also check the newly added property in the ‘Related’ tab. Just click the ‘Related’ tab.
