Convert a lead into a buyer or vendor contact by following these steps:
Navigate to ‘Leads’ and select ‘Active Leads.’
2. Select the lead you want to move to the Buyers or Vendors section.
3. Go to the ‘Lead Details’ tab.
4. Click the ‘Actions’ button in the upper right section, and select ‘Move to Buyers’ or ‘Move to Vendors’.
5.Confirm the movement by clicking ‘OK.’
Important notice: Once you move the lead to the buyer or vendor section, all the information, such as the communication notes, call logs, and other information, will be moved to the buyer section. You cannot ‘undo’ this action or reverse it to the Lead page.
6. To check the lead moved to the Buyer section,
a. Go to the ‘Contacts’ and select ‘Buyer.’
b. Click the ’Contacts’ tab.
7. To check the lead moved to the Vendor section;
a. Select ‘Contacts > ‘Vendor’
b. Click the ‘Vendors’ tab.
