FAQ: How do I add the List Stacking Dialer to my account?
Answer:
Add the List Stacking Dialer to your account by following these guidelines:
Navigate to your profile, and click ‘Manage User’. This list of users will appear.
2. Select the user you want to add access to; click the ‘Pencil’ icon.
3. Click the ‘List Stacking Dialer’ tab.
4. Grant the ‘Dialer Access’ by turning the toggle switch on.
5. Select the Dialer Access you want to add by ticking either:
Basic List Stacking Dialer - All the features that ‘Advance List Stacking Dialer’ has except sending SMS.
Advanced List Stacking Dialer - you can also send SMS
6. Click ‘Save Module Permissions’. Confirm the selection by clicking ‘Yes’.
7. You can also grant access to ‘Manager Access.’ by turning the toggle switch on.
Click ‘Learn More’ to understand the feature. This access allows the user to access the stats, call logs, and other features within ‘List Stacking.’
8. Click ‘Save Module Permission’.
9. Click ‘Save User’.
