FAQ: Numbers are showing "Not Linked"

Answer:

Here are the possible reasons why the numbers are ‘Not linked’ in your ‘Manage Numbers’ page:

If you are not sure if all your phone numbers are ‘Linked’ or ‘Not Linked,’ you can check them by following these steps:

  1. Navigate to your profile in the upper right section and click 'Manage Numbers.' The ‘Manage Numbers’ window will open.

2. Check the ‘10DLC’ column status:

3. If all the numbers are ‘not linked,’ the possible reason could be that your A2P DLC application is not approved.

a. Ensure the 10DLC Reg. button on the top left corner is visible. Click on it, and submit it to 10 DLC. OR

b . Email us at ‘support@resimpli.com’ if you have any questions, and submit all your information.

Note: You cannot send outgoing texts until your A2P 10DLC is approved; please do so quickly.

4. If some of your numbers show ‘Linked’ and some are ‘Not linked,’;

a. The phone numbers that are ‘not linked’ may have been rejected by the carrier.

b. Send us an email at ‘support@resimpli.com’, and we will resubmit the phone number to the carrier on your behalf and get it approved. We'll find out why it was rejected.
