How to Add a Toll-Free Buyer Number in REsimpli

Step 1: Open the Phone Numbers Page

Go to Settings in the lower-left corner, then select Phone Numbers.

Step 2: Open the Buyers Tab

Navigate to the Buyers tab.

Step 3: Add a New Number

Click Add Numbers in the upper-right corner.

Step 4: Select Buyer Number Type

Make sure the Buyers option is selected.

Step 5: Choose a Toll-Free Number

Search for a toll-free area code such as:

  • 800

  • 833

  • 844

  • 855

  • 866

  • 877

  • 888

Select the number you want, then click Continue.

Step 6: Configure the Buyer Campaign

Enter the campaign details, including:

  • Campaign Name

  • Lead Source

  • Call Flow

Step 7: Assign the Call Flow

Select where incoming buyer calls should route, such as:

  • Dispositions

  • Acquisitions

  • Agent

  • Specific Team Members

Step 8: Confirm the Number Purchase

Check the confirmation box and complete the purchase.

Step 9: Verify the Number

Once added, the toll-free number will appear under the Buyers tab.

Toll-free numbers require verification instead of standard 10DLC linking.

Step 10: Contact Support if Needed

Reach out to REsimpli support for assistance with toll-free number verification or setup.
