How to Set Up a Phone Number to Receive Calls in REsimpli
Step 1: Create a Call Flow
Go to Settings, then select Call Flows.
Step 2: Add a New Call Flow
Click Add Call Flow in the upper-right corner.
Step 3: Configure the Call Flow
Set up the call flow details, including:
Call Flow Name
Call Recording Preferences
Business Hours Schedule
Forwarding Phone Number
Step 4: Configure Non-Business Hours
Choose what happens outside business hours, such as routing calls to:
Voicemail
Uploaded Voicemail Recording
Recorded System Voicemail
Step 5: Save the Call Flow
Click Add Call Flow to save the setup.
Step 6: Attach the Call Flow to a Phone Number
Go to Settings β Phone Numbers and click Add Numbers.
Step 7: Purchase or Configure a Number
Select a phone number and configure the campaign details, including:
Campaign Name
Lead Source
Assigned Call Flow
Step 8: Select the Call Flow
Choose the call flow you created from the Call Flow dropdown.
Step 9: Confirm the Setup
Complete the phone number purchase and save the campaign.
The phone number will now follow the configured call flow and route incoming calls based on your settings.
