FAQ: Does the number "For Leads" have to be used for "Dialer" as well?
Answer:
The phone numbers are organized according to their purpose. You cannot use a phone number ‘for Leads’ to be used as a ‘Dialer.’
When purchasing a phone number, you will be asked where to use it.
You can buy separate numbers for different purposes, such as communicating with buyers, sellers, REsimpli dialer, or Vendors.
The numbers are organized based on their purpose.
In the ‘For Leads’ tab, you’ll see all the numbers you used to communicate with leads.
‘For Buyers’ tab - where the phone number you used to communicate with ‘buyers’ is.
‘REsimpli Dialer’ tab - the number used for list stacking dialer
‘For Vendor’ tab - where the number you used to communicate with vendors is saved.
When you go to your contact section, and call the lead. The system will only allow you to use the available numbers to call the leads.
Click the ‘Change’ button; the system will allow you to change the number used explicitly for calling the leads.
When you go to the buyers page and call/ text the lead, the system only allows you to use the phone numbers specific to buyers.
