FAQ: How to book an Onboarding Call?

Book an onboarding call by following these steps:
Log in to your REsimpli account.
On the main dashboard, scroll down to the bottom left section of the main menu.
Click the ‘Help Desk’ icon.
4. Click the link toward the ‘Need more assistance.’ button. A new tab will open a calendar that shows the open slots.
5. Select the schedule for the onboarding call. Click ‘Next’.
6. Enter your details, such as Name, Email, and a note slot where you can share anything to help prepare the meeting.
7. Click ‘Schedule Event’.
