How to Change Your REsimpli Plan

Step 1: Open the Upgrade Plan Menu

Click the dropdown menu in the upper-right corner of your REsimpli account, then select Upgrade Plan.

Step 2: Change Billing Type or Plan

You can:

  • Switch from Monthly to Yearly billing using the toggle

  • Upgrade your plan (e.g., from Pro to Enterprise)

Yearly billing offers savings of up to 33% compared to monthly pricing.

Step 3: Confirm the Upgrade

Select your preferred plan and click Continue Upgrade to apply the changes.

Step 4: Request a Downgrade

If you want to downgrade your plan, contact support through the Help Desk icon and specify the plan you want to switch to.

Step 5: Contact Support if Needed

Use the Help Desk icon for live chat, email, or SMS support for any billing or plan questions.
