How to Edit an SMS Template in REsimpli
Step 1: Open the Manage Templates Page
Go to Settings in the lower-left corner, then select Manage Templates.
Step 2: Open the SMS Templates Tab
Click the SMS Templates tab to view your existing SMS templates.
Step 3: Select the Template to Edit
Locate the SMS template you want to update, then click the Pen/Edit icon in the Actions column.
Step 4: Update the Template
Make the necessary changes to the SMS template content.
Step 5: Save the Changes
Click Edit to save and apply the updated template.
Step 6: Contact Support if Needed
Use the Help Desk icon for live chat, email, SMS support, or to schedule a support call.
