How to move a lead to the wholesale pipeline?
Answer:
A wholesale pipeline is where you manage all your disposition of your properties.
Check the criteria below to move a lead to the wholesale pipeline:
If the ‘EXIT’ type of the property is ‘Novation,’ ‘Wholesale Assignment Contract’, or ‘Wholesale Double Close,’ it will automatically be added to your wholesale pipeline
If the exit type is none of the abovementioned, the property will remain in the ‘Under Contract’ stage; therefore, moving a lead to the wholesale pipeline is not allowed.
Check your property exit type by following these guidelines:
Navigate to ‘Leads’ and click ‘Active Leads.’
2. When you have an active lead, move it to ‘Under Contract. A ‘Pending Tasks’ window will pop up; mark the tasks accordingly, and hit ‘Continue.’ A new window will open.
3. Click the dropdown, select the ‘Exit Type,’ and fill out the remaining fields. Hit ‘Update Status’.
Note: If the exit type selected is Novation, Wholesale Assignment Contract, or Wholesale Double Close, the property will automatically go to your wholesale pipeline.
4. Confirm the action by clicking ‘OK’.
5. To check the lead in the ‘Wholesale Pipeline,’ go to ‘Leads’ and click ‘Wholesale Pipeline’.
Note: If the ‘Exit type’ was changed from ‘Novation,’ ‘Wholesale Assignment Contract,’ or ‘Wholesale Double Close’ to other exit type, for example, “Fix and Flip’, a notice of confirmation will pop up.
Once you click ‘Yes,’ your lead will be pulled from the ‘Wholesale Pipeline’ and returned to the ‘Active Leads’ under the ‘Under Contract’ stage.
To change the exit type of a lead inside the ‘active lead’ page, click the dropdown list on the ‘Exit’ section, and select the exit type.
Note: To return the property to the Wholesale Pipeline, select ‘Novation,’ ‘Wholesale Assignment Contract,’ or ‘Wholesale Double Close’ exit.
