How to get notifications for incoming SMS texts?

There are two ways you can get notifications for incoming SMS texts, follow these steps:
Enabling the ‘New SMS from Leads’ notifications
Navigate to your profile, and click ‘Profile’. Your profile settings will open.
2. Scroll down to view the ‘Notification Preference’.
3. Activate the 'New SMS from Leads' and ‘New MMS from Leads’ notifications by turning the toggle switch on. By enabling this notification, you will receive an email for every incoming SMS/MMS.
Checking the Call Logs activity
Navigate to ‘Activity’ and click ‘Call Logs.’ All the activities received are listed.
2. Click the ‘Filter’ icon in the upper right section.
3. Set the filter criteria by selecting ‘Incoming SMS’ in the ‘Communication Type’ field.
4. Hit ‘Filter Leads,’ and it will show you only the incoming SMS.
