How to reset the Password for a sub-user account?

There is no way for a primary user to reset a password for a sub-user account.
A user can reset their password by following these steps:
Inside the login portal, click ‘Forgot the Password’.
2. Enter your email, and click ‘Reset Password’; you will receive an email allowing you to reset and input your new password.
3. Check your email. If you cannot find the email, check your ‘Junk’ folder.
4. Click the link you’ll receive and follow the reset password instructions.
