To prevent a marked ‘wrong number’ from being redialed, follow these cold calling setup guidelines:
Go to ‘Marketing’ on the left sidebar menu, and select ‘Dialer.’
Click the ‘Campaigns’ tab. Select from the list of campaigns.
Go to the ‘Dialed’ tab and click the ‘Call’ button. The ‘Setting Up Cold Calling’ window will open.
Go to the ‘Phone Status to Exclude.’
Click the dropdown list and select ‘Wrong Number.’
Hit ‘Continue.’
