Listen to calls within a specific period by following these steps:

  1. Navigate to ‘Activity’ on the left sidebar menu and select ‘Call Logs.’ A new window will open.

  1. Click the ‘Filter’ icon on the top right section.

  1. Set the filter criteria:

    1. Date range - Click the calendar icon on the ‘Start Date’ and ‘End Date’ fields.

    2. Communication Type -

    3. Select ‘Users’

    4. Select ‘Campaign Name’

  1. Hit ‘Filter Leads.’
