Listen to calls within a specific period by following these steps:
Navigate to ‘Activity’ on the left sidebar menu and select ‘Call Logs.’ A new window will open.
Click the ‘Filter’ icon on the top right section.
Set the filter criteria:
Date range - Click the calendar icon on the ‘Start Date’ and ‘End Date’ fields.
Communication Type -
Select ‘Users’
Select ‘Campaign Name’
Hit ‘Filter Leads.’
