To find the ‘Under Contract’ properties in REsimpli, please follow these steps:
Navigate to the ‘Leads’ tab and select ‘Active Leads.’
Click the ‘Filter’ icon. A new window will open.
Scroll to the ‘Lead Age and Status’ section; click the dropdown to ‘Date Filter,’ and select ‘Under Contract Date,’
Set the ‘Start Date’ and ‘End Date,’ Hit ‘Filter Leads.’ All the leads that are ‘Under Contract’ will displayed.
