Important: Bulk transfer leads are applicable on a per-campaign level.
Transfer leads in bulk from one lead manager to another lead manager by following these guidelines:
Navigate to your ‘Profile’ and click ‘Manage Numbers.’
Go to the ‘For Leads’ tab.
Go to the campaign and click the ‘Pencil’ icon. A new window will open.
Click the ‘Team’ tab,
Click the Assignment type, for example, ‘Round Robin.’
Click the role, for example, ‘Lead Manager.’ It will display all the lead managers.
Select the ‘Lead Manager’ and check the leads you want to re-assign per status.
Click the ‘Re-assign’ button. A small window will open.
Select the new assignee by clicking the dropdown list.
Hit ‘Update Assignment.’
