How do I search for cash buyers that dont have tags or target cities?

Find cash buyers without tags or target cities by setting the filter criteria on the ‘Buyers/ Agents’ page.

Select ‘Target Cities’ in the ‘Filter’ options.
Set the condition to ‘Is not’.
Apply/tick in the target cities/tags.
