When my VA is cold calling and gets a notification as far as a text message or VM, can she see it without getting off the dialer?

Follow these steps to view the notifications made during cold calling, such as text messages or voicemail.

  1. Click on the ‘Marketing’ on the left sidebar menu, and select ‘Dialer.’

  1. Click the ‘Inbox’ tab to display all the notifications made from cold calling.
