How do I assign a user to a campaign?

Procedure

Follow these steps to assign a user to a campaign:

  1. Navigate to the ‘Settings’ icon in the bottom left corner. A new window will open.

2. Click ‘Manage Users’ under the ‘General’ tab. The list of users will be displayed.

3. Select a user from the list by clicking their name or the ‘Pencil’ icon under the ‘Action’ column. The ‘Edit User’ window will open.

4. Select ‘Role Assignment.’ A new window will open.

5. Select ‘Append User Access.’

6. Hover over your mouse in the existing role, for example, Acquisition Manager; click ‘Select.’ It will open the ‘Lead Access’ and ‘Markets.’

7. Select ‘Yes’ on the Lead Access field.

8. Select the ‘Markets’ you wish to assign to the user.

9. Select the ‘Campaign’ from the selected market.

10. Click ‘Yes’ to ‘Existing Leads’ or ‘New Leads’ if you want the user to be assigned to leads, or click ‘No’ if not. Click ‘Learn More’ to view the explanation.

11. Click ‘Update User’ and click ‘OK’ to confirm.
