How Do I Add Phone Numbers?

Procedure

Add phone numbers by following these steps:

  1. Navigate to the ‘Settings’ icon in the bottom left corner. A new window will open.

2. Click ‘Phone Numbers’ under the ‘Marketing’ tab. It will open a new window.

3. Click ‘Buy Numbers’ in the top right corner. A new window will open.

4. Select from the options if it will be used for sellers, buyers, vendors, or REsimpli Dialer under the ‘You will use the number for’ choices.

5. Click ‘Area Code’ or ‘Area Name.’ In the search bar, enter the preferred area code or area name. The list of available phone numbers will then be displayed.

6. Select the phone number and hit ‘Continue.’ A new window will open where you can set up your phone numbers.

Note: You can port your current phone numbers from another platform to your REsimpli account. This way, when leads call or text, they will be automatically created as leads in the system, and all activities will be logged in your REsimpli account.

7. Fill out the fields.

  1. ‘You will use this number for’ - click the dropdown list to change the data.

  2. Campaign Name - Name your campaign.

  3. Lead Source - The lead source is the type of marketing you do for that specific campaign.

  4. Flow Name - Select the call flow to be attached to the campaign.

  5. Market - Please select the market for which the campaign is intended.

6. Lead Assignment - Click the dropdown list to select.

7. Role Assignment - Select the roles you want to include in the campaign by enabling the toggle.

8. Select the role assignee(s) by checking the box.

8. Go to the right-side panel to view the summary.

9. Agree to the Terms and Conditions by checking the box.

10. Click the ‘Confirm (or Pay)’ button. The new phone number will be reflected in the list of phone numbers.
