How Do I Activate Drip Campaign In A Lead?

Procedure
Before activating a drip campaign for a lead, you need to set it up. Once the setup is complete, you can follow these simple steps to activate a drip campaign.
Navigate to ‘Leads’ > ‘Active Leads’ or wherever you want to activate a drip campaign on the Leads page.
Note: The drip campaigns can be activated in various lead statuses, including ‘Active’, ‘Warm', ‘Dead Leads', or even ‘Referred to Agents’.
2. Select a lead.
3. Click the ‘Actions’ button in the top right corner of the Lead Details page.
4. Select ‘Activate Drip Campaign.’ A small window will pop up.
5. Choose the ‘Auto Follow-Up Sequence’ or the drip campaign by clicking the dropdown menu.
6. Enable the toggle if you want to change the timing of the first message; otherwise, it will remain as is.
7. Enable the toggle to stop the drip campaign once a call or SMS is received from the lead. Otherwise, turn it off.
8. Save changes by clicking the ‘Set Auto Follow-Up’ button.
These are the ways to check if the drip campaign has been successfully activated for a lead:
A successful notification appears in the right corner.
A drip campaign icon is displayed at the top.
Hovering your mouse over the ‘drip campaign’ icon will display the details.
Go to the ‘Activity Logs’ section, click the ‘All’ tab, and the ‘drip activation notice' will appear.
