What Is Drip Automation And How Is It Enabled?

Procedure
Drip automation is an automatic follow-up feature when leads are added to a REsimpli account. This feature is available to all Pro and Enterprise Plan users.
Important notice: The drip automation applies to new leads only.
Enable the drip automation when leads are added to your REsimpli account by following these steps:
Navigate to ‘Settings’ in the bottom left corner.
2. Click ‘Phone Numbers’ under the ‘Marketing’ tab. The list of campaign phone numbers for the leads will be displayed.
3. Click the ‘For Leads’ tab.
4. Select the ‘Lead Source’ you want to enable drip automation by clicking its name (for example, Google Adwords/ PPC) or clicking the ‘Pencil’ icon under the ‘Actions’ column. A small window will pop up.
5. Click the ‘Drip Automation’ tab and enable the toggle. The different lead creation methods will appear.
6. Select the scenario of lead creation and click the ‘Expand’ arrow to the right, for example, ‘LEADS CREATED FROM INTEGRATION (ZAPIER, CARROT, ETC.)’
7. Turn the toggle on.
8. Choose the auto follow-up sequence or drip campaign by clicking the dropdown list.
9. Click ‘Yes’ to stop the drip campaign once you receive a call or SMS from the lead; otherwise, click ‘No.’
10. Click ‘Edit Campaign.’
