Procedure
The steps below explain how to set up your voicemail for the dialer.
Navigate to ‘Settings’ in the bottom left corner. A new window will open.
2. Click ‘Dialer Voicemail’ under the ‘List Stacking’ tab.
3. Click ‘Add New’ in the top right corner. A new window will pop up.
4. Fill out the fields.
Dialer Voicemail Title - put a title to your voicemail.
Upload your voicemail recording. There are three ways to upload your recording:
Select from an existing greeting - Upload a recording already available in the system.
Upload a new recording—a recorded greeting saved on your computer. The only file format acceptable is MP3 or MAV.
Record new recording—Once selected, it will open a new window allowing you to record your voicemail.
Note: This is the recommended uploading method because it doesn’t require any format and is readily available in the system.
3. Click ‘Preview Recording’ to listen. Hit ‘Add Dialer Voicemail Recordings.’
