Where Do I Upload Files Not Lead/Buyer/Vendor Specific?

Procedure
By following these steps, you can access the ‘general files’ or files unrelated to leads, buyers, or vendors.
Navigate to ‘Settings’ in the bottom left corner. A new window will open.
2. Click ‘General Files’ under the ‘Other Settings’ tab.
3. Click ‘New’ to add a folder or files.
Add Folder - Name the folder and hit ‘Add Folder.’
Add Files - Click ‘Add Files.’ The system will take you to your file manager. Select the file and hit ‘Open.’
Note: If there are existing files - the folders will be displayed on the left panel, while the contents of the folders/ files will appear on the right-side panel.
4. Hover your mouse over the folder, and it will display the ‘Edit,’ ‘Delete,’ and ‘Link’ icons.
Edit - The ‘Edit’ icon lets you update the folder name.
Delete - The ‘Delete’ icon allows you to delete the folder.
Link - The ‘Link’ icon allows users to share folder links. Click the icon and enable the REsimpli shareable link. Once enabled, the user can select permission to access the folders/ files.
Hit ‘Save.’
