The user can add or delete leads by following these steps:
Click on the ‘Settings’ in the bottom left corner.
2. Select ‘Manage Users’ under the ‘General’ tab.
3. Click the name of the sub-user or the ‘Pencil’ icon under the ‘Actions’ column.
4. Select ‘Lead Permissions’’
5. Go to the ‘Permissions’ tab and enable "Access to Delete Leads."
6. Save changes by clicking ‘Save Lead Access.’
