How do we use the feature "Call Scripts" so when our agents make calls the script appears for referencing?

Answer:

Follow these steps to access the ‘Call Scripts’ feature.

  1. Navigate to ‘Settings’ in the bottom left corner.

2. Click ‘Calls Scripts’ under the ‘List Stacking’ tab.

3. Click the ‘pencil’ icon to edit the script.

4. Click ‘Add Script’ in the upper right corner to add a new script.

The caller can use the ‘Call Scripts’ feature when cold calling by following these steps:

  1. Click the ‘Marketing’ tab and select ‘Dialer.’

2. Click the ‘Campaign’ tab, and select the campaign to dial. The ‘Setting Up Cold Calling’ window will open.

3. Select ‘Call Script’ by clicking the dropdown arrow.

4. Hit ‘Continue.’ The call script will pop up.

Note: The call script feature can only be used in the List Stacking Dialer.
