Answer:

If you are deleting a lead and you do not have access, check the 'Lead Permissions' if the 'Access to Delete Leads is enabled by following these steps:

  1. Navigate to 'Settings' in the bottom left corner.

2. Click 'Manage Users' under the 'General' tab.

3. Click the user's name or the 'Pencil' icon under the 'Actions' column. 4. The 'Edit User' page will open.

4. Click 'Lead Permissions.โ€™

5. Click the 'Permissions' tab.

6. Go to the 'Access to Delete Leads' section and check if the toggle is enabled; if not, turn the toggle on.

7. Save the changes by clicking 'Save Lead Access.'
