FAQ: How can I delete or edit my text templates?
Answer:
Follow these steps to delete or edit your text/ SMS templates:
Navigate to ‘Settings’ in the lower left corner.
2. Click ‘Manage Templates’ under the ‘Customization’ tab.
3. Click the ‘SMS Templates’ tab.
4. Choose the template you want to delete or edit.
5. Click the ‘Pencil’ icon to edit the template, or click the ‘Delete’ icon to delete the template.
