FAQ: How do I create a text template?
Answer:
Follow the steps here to create a text/ SMS template.
Navigate to ‘Settings’ in the lower left corner.
2. Click ‘Manage Templates’ under the ‘Customization’ tab.
3. Click the ‘SMS Templates’ tab.
4. Click ‘Add New’ in the top right section. A new window will open.
5. Fill out the fields and hit ‘Save.’
